About

Inner Harbour is a poetic short film that explores the journey from collapse to calm, and from searching outward to finding an inner anchor. Through silence, fragmented imagery, and a solitary voice-over, the film reflects on resilience, presence, and the discovery of strength within.

Created with minimal means but deep commitment, Inner Harbour blends cinema and visual art, offering viewers not a conventional narrative but an invitation to pause and to experience stillness as a form of wholeness.

As the directorial debut of Yota Samioti, the film is both deeply personal and universally resonant, seeking to empower women and young people in their own paths toward grounding and self-acceptance.
